Ingredients

  • 400 g lean ground beef (round cut)

  • ½ onion, finely chopped

  • 4 eggs

  • 12 rice paper sheets

  • 10 ml olive oil

  • Salt, to taste

  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chopped onion until soft and translucent. Add the ground beef and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and nicely browned. Season with salt to taste. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

In a shallow plate, whisk the eggs.

Take 3 rice paper sheets and dip them into the beaten eggs until well coated and softened. Place them next to each other with slight overlapping to create a wider base. Spoon one-quarter of the meat mixture along the center. Roll tightly, then shape into a spiral (coil) form. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
