Hello, I’m Mr. V. I’m in my mid-30s, passionate about fitness, healthy living, and helping people improve their quality of life. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with celiac disease, and that diagnosis completely changed the way I look at food, health, and everyday habits. What started as a challenge eventually became a lifestyle focused on discipline, learning, and feeling better both physically and mentally. Through this website, my goal is to help others with practical advice, simple recipes, fitness tips, and personal experience that can make living gluten-free easier, healthier, and more enjoyable.




Hi there, I’m Miss J. For the past few years, I’ve been in a relationship with someone who doesn’t eat gluten or dairy, and over time I naturally adapted to that lifestyle as well. At first, it felt like a big change, but it quickly became a way of living that inspired me to become more creative in the kitchen and more mindful about nutrition and overall wellness. Together, we discovered that healthy food can still be delicious, balanced, and enjoyable.
